VS Apple Industries meets all the requirements of the highest grade in the BRC Standard for Food Safety and is therefore BRC 7 certified at Grade AA. The audit took place at our modern, fully automated processing plant in Marknesse.
BRC Global Standard for Food Safety is the standard for food safety developed by the British Retail Consortium. The standard is designed to provide certification for food manufacturers who implement good manufacturing practices and have the supporting quality management systems to produce high-quality products. Around 300 requirements are divided into 7 chapters, including the Food Safety Plan (HACCP), Site Standards and Process Control.
