VS Apple Industries opts for sustainable energy by installing eight hundred solar panels. It is, in addition to our own water treatment installation, one of our actions on social corporate responsibility and sustainability.
“We acknowledge the importance of renewable energy. Our solar panels will limit CO2 emissions by 120,000 kg per year,” says CEO Jan de Vente. “The plant produces annually more than 200,000 kWh.”
The sustainability project is partly sponsored by the Dutch Ministry of Economic Affairs.
