State-of-the-art Fruit Processing

Our state-of-the-art fruit processing, completed in 2022, provides the highest quality fruit fillings, compotes and jams. With several process tanks equipped with advanced technology, the recipe can be changed as required and the volume to be delivered can be easily scaled up. Some allow us to cook under vacuum. Thus, flavor and texture are preserved, and the addition of sugar may or may not be omitted as desired. The other two processing tanks have a large evaporation capacity, with which we similarly supply applesauce and fillings without added flavoring or adjuvants.
