Our advanced production lines and in-house climate-controlled transportation usually provide your artisan pastries, dairy or salad with that extra bite within twenty-four hours. In fully automated processes, VS Apple Industries B.V. processes apples into various fresh products. In the process, the residual product finds its way into our mousses and purees.
To ensure maximum quality and freshness, selection begins at the front door. All of our suppliers are Global G.A.P certified. We expect them to adhere to European food safety and hygiene standards and to demonstrate continuous residue analysis. After a strict entry check, the initial product is inspected by our brand new optical sorter for color differences, among other things. This allows us to sort apple pieces on a customer-specific basis.

Counteracting browning
By special treatment of the sliced apple, we prevent browning. Apples are dipped in a food-friendly bath immediately after peeling, which helps our fresh produce retain its bite longer and reduces oxidation. This treatment can be customized to your specification.
